After embracing a love for making handmade cosmetics for her own family which were kinder to the sensitive skin her children had inherited from her, Nikki started developing recipes and launched Balm Pots in 2009. With a small range of products suitable for the whole family, Nikki also spends her time supporting other small businesses with safety, regulation and development for small scale manufacturing of cosmetics in the EU/UK.
